Article 1 - Parties to the Agreement

Buyer: The person who places the order and provides their contact details to us when ordering.
Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, under Turkey's Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product the Buyer selects on artvinbali.com and orders by WhatsApp, phone or email.
The Buyer confirms that they have been informed of the product's key features, sale price, payment method, delivery conditions and right of withdrawal, and that they place their order in light of this information.
Article 3 - When the Agreement Is Formed
The agreement is formed once the Buyer sends their order to us and the Seller confirms the order by WhatsApp or phone. The order and confirmation correspondence form an integral part of the agreement.
Article 4 - Product Features and Sale Price
The product's variety, weight and sale price are as shown on its product page on artvinbali.com. Prices include VAT and exclude shipping. The price valid at the time the order is confirmed applies.
Article 5 - Method of Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer/EFT. The site does not accept credit card payment; the Buyer is never asked for card details at any stage. The account details for the transfer are shared when the order is confirmed and are also listed on our Bank Accounts page. There is no instalment plan or deferred-payment surcharge.
Article 6 - Delivery
The product is delivered by courier to the address the Buyer provides when ordering. Delivery cost is borne by the Buyer; if free shipping applies as part of a campaign, this is communicated when the order is confirmed.
Delivery takes place as soon as possible after the product price reaches the Seller's account. The Seller delivers the order within 30 days at the latest; in mandatory circumstances, the Seller reserves the right to extend this period by 10 days, provided the Buyer is informed.
Article 7 - Buyer's Obligations
The Buyer checks the product before accepting delivery; they do not accept a shipment with a broken or dented jar or torn packaging, and have the courier draw up a report. A shipment that is accepted is deemed to have been received intact.
After delivery, the Buyer is obliged to store the product under the conditions stated on the Warranty Terms page.
Article 8 - Seller's Obligations
The Seller is obliged to deliver the product intact, complete and matching the features stated in the order. If it becomes impossible to supply the product, the Seller informs the Buyer and refunds the amount paid within 14 days.
Article 9 - Cancelling an Order
The Buyer may cancel the order before it is handed to the courier, without giving a reason and without charge. Cancellation notice is given by phone or WhatsApp to +90 554 542 02 77. If payment has been made, the amount is refunded to the Buyer within 14 days at the latest from when the cancellation request reaches us.
Article 10 - Right of Withdrawal and the Food Exception
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, perishable goods, goods whose expiry date could pass, and goods whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which cannot hygienically be returned, are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. As our products are food items, returns are not accepted for a change of mind or simple dislike.
This exception does not remove your rights if the product turns out to be defective. If the product arrives spoiled, broken, incomplete or different from what was ordered, your right to a return or exchange is reserved, and in that case the return shipping cost is on the Seller. Article 11 - Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by Turkey's Ministry of Trade.
Article 12 - Effect
Once the order is confirmed by the Seller, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
