When buying products from Artvin Honey, paying attention to the points listed below during and after delivery helps prevent some of the issues you might otherwise run into.
You can place your order on WhatsApp any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once your payment reaches our bank accounts listed on the site by bank transfer/EFT, your order is dispatched the following business day. We do not accept credit card payment on the site.
Shipping time is not included in this period. Depending on your region, your order will typically reach you within 2–3 days after dispatch.
The shipping cost and payment options are communicated to you on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed. If the order that reaches you turns out to be wrong, incomplete or defective in any way, all resulting shipping costs are on us.
To make sure your order is delivered on time and correctly, please share your full name, address and phone number completely and accurately in your WhatsApp message. We try to deliver orders to the recipient in person wherever possible; if the recipient is not at the delivery address, we contact the person who placed the order. With their approval, the order can then be delivered to someone present at the address. If no one is at the delivery address at all, we get in touch with the person who placed the order.
When handing over your package, the courier will ask for ID and note your ID number. This is required for your own security, so we ask that you cooperate with couriers on this.
The moment your order is delivered, open the package in front of the courier and check the products against the items and quantities in your order. If you find any discrepancy or shortage, have a report drawn up on the spot stating the issue. Make sure the report also states whether the package had already been opened before you received it.
The report you draw up must be signed by both you and the courier who delivered your order. Please note that you are responsible for packages with missing contents that are accepted without a report being drawn up.
