Purpose of the Site
This site is used to showcase the honey we produce in Artvin and to take your orders. The site has no membership system, payment infrastructure or area for publishing user content.
Product Information and Prices
We take care to keep product descriptions, weights and prices up to date. Even so, if a typo or an outdated price is found, we will inform you before confirming your order and cancel it if you wish.
Prices may change without prior notice; the price valid at the time your order is confirmed applies. Because this is a natural product, there may be some difference in colour and consistency between product photos and the product that reaches you.
Ordering and Payment
An order begins once you build your cart and it is sent to us by WhatsApp or phone. The contract is formed once we confirm your order. Payment is made by bank transfer/EFT; the site has no payment step where card details are entered.
If we cannot fulfil an order due to stock or an exceptional situation, we will inform you and refund your payment.
Use of Content
The text, photos and design on the site belong to us. Copying without attribution, reproducing for commercial purposes or publishing on another site requires permission.
